Montag, 22, and Pratt, 25, were legally married on Saturday at 4 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, California, the rep said. The pair said "I do!" in front of a crowd of 200 guests including family and friends.
"Today Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined hands in marriage during an afternoon ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, CA," Access quoted couple’s rep, Rick Rhodes, as saying. "Dr. Twining F. Campbell served as pastor in front of 200 family and friends. Afterwards, the newlywed couple enjoyed an intimate reception at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA."
MTV also offered its best wishes to the newlyweds in a statement released by its spokesperson. "MTV wishes Heidi and Spencer the best and can't wait to share their wedding with 'The Hills' fans later this season," an MTV spokesperson said in a statement to Access.
For the ceremony, Montag wore a custom-made, strapless $19,000 Monique Lhuillier dress, and approximately $1.2 million Neil Lane jewels, including pear-shaped diamond floral necklace with multiple diamond chains layered over it, diamond earrings and diamond hairpins.
Pratt's sister and Montag’s bridesmaid, Stephanie Pratt wore yellow while the groom and groomsmen wore tuxedos. Montag’s father walked her down the aisle.
"It was amazing," Stephanie told MTV News shortly after the ceremony ended. "Heidi looked amazing. She was wearing a million dollars worth of diamonds over a strapless Monique Lhullier dress."
Montag's sister, Holly, was also included in bridal party. "Holly really kept it together. Everything worked out great," Stephanie said.
The wedding ceremony also included Pratt and Montag’s parents and the couple’s “Hills” costars including Brody Jenner and girlfriend Jayde Nicole, Audrina Patridge, Frankie Delgado, Kristin Cavallari and "Lo" Bosworth. One surprising attendee was Lauren Conrad, who had previously denied attending the ceremony. Lauren, who has had a rocky relationship with Montag, apparent;ly changed her mind at the last moment and attended the ceremony, but made a hasty exit from the church following the ceremony.
Before leaving the ceremony, Lauren caught a wedding bouquet Montag threw out to her yelling, "Lauren, get in there." The bride then told her, "You're next!"
Pratt and Montag’s wedding came five months after the pair’s symbolic elopement in Mexico last November. The Saturday wedding was the couple's third try at marriage. The pair first tied the knot last November in a secret ceremony vows at the One & Only Palmilla Resort, outside Cabos San Lucas, Mexico, but the union was not considered legal because it was in Mexico.
The couple then made a trip to the Beverly Hills courthouse to make their Cabo San Lucas wedding official, but Pratt changed his mind at the last minute, as he said Montag always wanted a traditional wedding with family and friends.
