An accident is "Something that is unavoidable", this was not n "accident"!!. There are certain responsibilities that any driver faces, like duties owed and breached! Brandy for example breached a MAJOR duty. Driver inattention, she is responsible to "pay attention to the traffic in front of her". She did not so, too bad!! The limit's of her policy concerning liability will be met, but after that she can be held personally liable for the difference! I could not really care about any negligence in this case because I no longer handle insurance claims. Just wanted to add my 2 cent's worth!
