How can you think $50 million is reasonable? How much do waitresses make in LA? It would take me 961 years to make that kind of money IF I never spent a cent of it, and I'm a degreed professional! At the very outside, Brandy should be responsible to support the victim's children (if there are any) until they are 18 and maybe set up college trust funds for them. Screw the punitive damages - there was no intent or gross negligence. We all suffer emotionally every day, we can't sue everyone for it.
