It is truly a misfortune for both parties involved, however $50 million dollars shows a poor lack of judement on the decease family's part. They should have recommended (the child college fund to be paid in-full, along with 1 million to assist the family with any future endeavors). I'm sure Brandy being the respectable person she is, would have compensated the family with some financial needs. The decease family is obviously not religious because if they were money shouldn't be the focal point of their daughters death. It's sad to think that America has reduce our values to common accidents for cash money. My heart goes out to both families. Dragging this lawsuit on will only damage the decease families core values.
