Accidents
The bottom line is Brandy was obviously paying attention to something else instead of the road. When are people going to learn to stop putting on makeup, talking on cell phones and whatever else while behind the wheel. She should be sued and anyone else through negligence causes a death of another human being should pay the price for it. To say it was an "accident" is bull and expect the family to say, oh that's alright, we'll just bury our daughter and you go about your life. BS.
