She will likely not be prosecuted, since it really was just an accident. Insurance will pay the maximum of her policy which if she was leasing the vehicle will be at least 500,000 and more likely 1mil. Gross negligence it wasn’t so a civil suit isn’t going to be a big payoff. I’m sure the legal fees for Brandy and her insurance company will be much higher.
