Gap fire suspect charged with Arson

Goleta, United States, November 18: A 16-year-old boy has been arrested by police officials on the charges of arson. The boy is suspected to have some kind of an association with the deadly Santa Barbara County fire in which 9,544 acres and four outbuildings near Goleta were destroyed.
