Renuka Sugar, Dhampur Sugar and Uttam Sugar are the major losers among the Sugar stocks

Sugar stocks are losing their ground, as per the report Government is to put ban on Sugar exports till 2007. Dhampur Sugar has plunged over 3.8% to Rs. 142, Bajaj Hindustan has shed by 0.5% to Rs. 402, Renuka Sugar locked 5% over circuit at Rs. 846.50 and uttam Sugar is down by 3.2% to Rs. 174

At 14:32 pm (IST), Renuka Sugar locked 5% lower circuit at Rs. 845.60

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 929 and a low of Rs. 846.50 and has recorded volumes of over 14 thousand shares on BSE.
