Hind Zinc, RIL, RNRL, HCL, SKKL rise

Mumbai -- Hind Zinc has gained by 2.4% to Rs. 542 after the company, which is engaged in mining and refining ore to produce non-ferrous metals - zinc, lead and silver, axed the Zinc prices by 4.6%. The scrip has touched a high of Rs. 555 and a low of Rs. 539 and has recorded volumes of over 1 lakh shares on NSE.
Reliance Industries, RIL has announced its first quarter results. The company has gained by 1.2% to Rs. 994 after the company posted their Q1 result with profit at Rs. 2,547 crore (Rs. 25.47bn, up 10.3%) from Rs. 2,310 crore (Rs. 23.10bn). Sales are at Rs. 24,522 crore (Rs. 245.22bn, up 37.9%) from Rs. 17,784 crore (Rs. 177.84bn).
The scrip has touched a high of Rs.1010 and a low of Rs. 987 and has recorded volumes of over 14 lakh shares on NSE. RIL's turnover is up 31.6% at Rs. 26,166 crore (Rs. 261.66bn) from Rs. 19,884 crore (Rs. 198.84bn).
Reliance Natural Resources, RNRL has declared its Q1 results. The company's gross profit was at Rs. 4.07 crore (Rs. 40.7mn). Its total sales were at Rs. 12.7 crore (Rs. 127mn).
Sona Koyo Steering Systems, SKSSL has declared its Q1 results. The manufacturer and seller of steering assemblies's net profit is up at Rs. 3.68 crore (Rs. 36.8mn) versus Rs. 2.79 crore (Rs. 27.9m). Its net sales are up at Rs 141 crore (Rs 1.41 billion) from Rs 93.4 crore (Rs 934 million). Its OPM is up at 8.15% versus 7.3%.
Hindustan copper, HCL has announced its first quarter results. The company's Q1 net profit is up at Rs. 40.8 crore (Rs. 408mn) from Rs. 17.9 crore (Rs. 179mn).
The net sales of HCL, the manufacturer and seller of copper products which include copper wire bar, copper wire rod, refined copper cathode and single super phosphateIts, are up at Rs. 380.3 crore (Rs. 3.80bn) against Rs. 144.2 crore (Rs. 1.44bn).
