Robert Pattinson “don't want to have a girlfriend”

Los Angeles, March 13: Robert Pattinson says he never does anything interesting enough to make news. The ‘Twilight’ star clearly said that the hottest report about him, suggesting his romantic relationship with Camilla Belle, has no truth to it.

"There's literally not a single [true] story that could be written about me," Pattinson told GQ Magazine for its April cover story. "I never do anything."

For quite sometime, there has been a buzz about Pattinson dating Camilla Belle, who is otherwise linked to Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers. Pattinson admits that he is close friends with the ‘10,000 BC’ star but the romance rumors were bluntly put to rest.

"I'm friends with Camilla,” he said. “That's the extent of it.”

The 22-year-old star is upset about the friendship being depicted as a link-up by the media. "Camilla's the nicest... she's a saint. And it's funny that she's being portrayed as this home wrecker," he said. “She's literally the most unlikely person to be a home wrecker. It's just ridiculous.”

Patttinson, who shot to fame with his role of a lovesick vampire, is fed up of the unswerving gossip about his alleged relationships with some other girls. "There's this thing about my supposed girlfriend," he said. "There's this one girl who's consistently mentioned. It's like, 'He's dating this Brazilian model.' What's her name – Annelyse? I've never met her."

Pattinson is single, but it’s no good news for the girls since the British hunk claims to be ‘happily single.’ “I almost don't want to have a girlfriend in this environment," he says.

He’s not allergic to girls; probably he’s just a recluse.

"I don't see people," he says. "I don't even have people's phone numbers."
