Mumbai, February 7: Filmkraft’s most ambitious project, “Kites”, is scheduled for Diwali Release. BIG Pictures, the motion pictures brand of Reliance Big Entertainment Ltd. (RBEL), has acquired worldwide marketing & distribution rights of the film.
RBEL, with investments over U.S. $1 billion, has built film production schedules in Hindi, English & other Indian languages for “Kites”, which is targeted for Indian as well as International audience.
On the Hollywood front, BIG Pictures has development ties with Nicolas Cage's "Saturn Productions", Jim Carrey's "JC 23 Entertainment", George Clooney's "Smokehouse Productions", Chris Columbus' "1492 Pictures", Tom Hank's "Playstone Productions", Brad Pitt's "Plan B Entertainment" and Jay Roache's "Everyman Pictures".
Commenting on the development, Rakesh Roshan, chairman – Filmkraft Productions (India) Pvt. Limited, said, “We are very pleased to partner with Reliance Big Entertainment for the marketing and distribution of "KITES".

"Kites", starring,Hrithik Roshan, Mexican Actress Barbara Mori, Kangana Ranaut, Nick Brown and Kabir Bedi, is a romantic thriller directed by Anurag Basu.
