Britney Gets A New Property Dealer

The 'Toxic' singer’s father has been vested with legal authority to sell her Los Angeles home by the judge who further decided that July 31 hearing will be devoted to other matters. Meanwhile attorneys have been given time and instructions to compile more information about the troubled singer's affairs. But how far will the liquidation of daughter’s assets save her?

Court Commissioner Reva Goetz permitted Jamie Spears, a co-conservator of his daughter’s assets, to sell Britney’s home in the Los Angeles, Studio City.

A court spokesman stated that the pop diva's $1,500 a week allowance "is not her only source of (personal) income," but refrained from giving further details.

Spears' perky innocence was short-lived, it seemed good-girl Britney became naughty-girl Britney just about overnight, followed by a series of events of undressing surpassing even Madonna in her real and reel life.

Including the January night when Spears was taken from her L.A house in an ambulance and forced into a psychiatric hospital, her hilltop L.A house has been the spot of the recent drama in the troubled performer's saga, earlier this year Spears was admitted to Los Angeles-area hospitals twice for psychiatric evaluation.

Since the 26 year old’s break-up with ex-husband Kevin Federline in late 2006, her life has been topsy turvy ,she has been caught in a cyclone of controversies and the custody of their two sons has been an apple of discord between the two.

Because of all these personal and professional misconducts Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet were made conservators of Britney assets and medical decisions after several highly publicized mishaps in February.

Though, the pop star and her father weren't in court during the March hearing, the court granted Jamie the power to "sell or dispose of" an undisclosed number of her seven cars as well.

“The cost of upkeep for Brit's army of vehicles was really running up the bills,so much that the sale of some of her cars will save substantial expense to the conservatorship estate" James Spears' lawyer said

As per the word of People magazine Spears is all set get back to Louisiana to accompany her teenage sibling Jamie Lynn Spears's who is about to give birth to her first child with fiancé Casey Aldridge.
