Hasselhoff regains parental rightsby MT Bureau - May 22, 2007 - 0 comments
Los Angeles -- Actor-singer David Hasselhoff has regained parental rights Monday, after agreeing in a Los Angeles courtroom to be tested for alcohol three times weekly. The "Baywatch" star made a rare courtroom appearance during his 18-month divorce proceeding with estranged wife Pamela Bach, People magazine reported. A judge barred Hasselhoff from seeing his daughters Taylor-Ann, 17, and Hayley, 14, on May 7 after a video of the drunken surfaced. Outside the courtroom, Hasselhoff said, "It went well today, and the truth was told." Hasselhoff, 54, filed for divorce from Bach in January 2006 after 16 years of marriage. She filed her own divorce claim the next day. The couple have arguing over finances and custody of their daughters since. The video, entered into evidence Monday, will be discussed at the next hearing scheduled for June 1. Copyright 2007 by United Press International. |
