52% Britons still searching for Dream Job
A survey conducted by one of the UK's online recruiters, Jobsite (www.jobsite.co.uk), reveals that Britons suffer more heartache over their careers than their love lives.
Nearly 2/3 of UK adults claim that they have been lucky enough to have found 'the one' love of their life, and more then fifty percent of Brits are in need of career cupids and are still searching for their perfect job.
Reassuringly, all hope is not lost and around 60% of Brits believe that the perfect job does exist - it's just rather elusive and to help such people Jobsite launched CVautoMatch, a unique new service that matches you to your perfect job.
The match making begins when a CV is registered and made available for
employers to view on www.jobsite.co.uk. If you match the criteria of a
position advertised by an employer you are immediately presented to
them. The CVs that best match are provided first, swiftly short
listing the pool of CVs relevant to a particular vacancy. This means that not only is a jobseeker's chances of being noticed increased, there is less time wasted on potential matches that just aren't right.
A quarter of those who have found their perfect job state they applied
for up to 10 positions before having their career dreams fulfilled.
Today's savvy jobseeker now has a swifter path to fulfilling their
career dreams.
