" title="‘Thriller’ Planning a Comeback"/> You heard him singing, you saw him dancing…he got into loads of controversies and the aftermath was that he went into a self-imposed exile. The latest buzz is that the notorious king of pop Michael Jackson has left his exile and entered the gambling Mecca on Saturday along with his three children to get his career sky rocketing once again. Gaming dealmaker Jack Wishna confirmed about Jackson’s comeback in the entertainment industry and said that the two are in talks to spring up Jackson’s career. "We are working on several projects," said Wishna. The 48 year old ‘Thriller’, who has won many a hearts with his unique dressing style and been the pop icon for years, has been on a self imposed exile since he was acquitted of child molestation charges. Jackson has had a controversial and bumpy personal life, which has provided regular fodder for tabloids. Jackson’s Neverland has been in headlines ever since he started inviting children to come and stay there. This practice came into public and media light in 1993, when a child reported of molestation. A case was imposed on him, but he claimed to be “clean and innocent”. It was heard that On January 25, 1994, Jackson settled out of court with the accuser for an undisclosed sum, reported to be $20 million, and was not charged. In 2003, Jackson’s Neverland Ranch was searched by the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s department, who issued an arrest warrant for Jackson on charges of new child molestation. Jackson was criminated of sexual abuse by Gavin Arviso, who appeared in the ‘Living with Michael Jackson’ documentary earlier that year. The allegations later led to a trial in which Jackson was found ‘not guilty’ of all charges. In 2005, The People v. Jackson trial began in Santa Maria, California on January 31 and lasted until the end of May 2005. Jackson was assoiled on June 13, 2005 of all the criminal charges impeached on him. Ray Hultman, one of the jurors said that he believed Jackson had committed child sex crimes in the past but there was not enough evidence to prove it. Since his release on child molestation charges in June 2005, Jackson has been sharing his time between Bahrain and Ireland. Jackson and his three children, nine year old Prince Michael, eight year old Paris, and four year old Prince Michael 2, arrived to the Sin City on Saturday from Ireland, where they have been living part-time in a castle. Just a few days before Jackson’s father Joe had vowed that his son will never come back, Jackson’s relocation decision comes as a pleasing surprise to all his fans. Wishna has not revealed that from which strip of Vegas will Jackson resurrect his career, but he strongly believes that the Grammy Winner will become more popular that Celine Dion in the Vegas. "One of the greatest entertainers in the world is poised to return to the top of the entertainment world soon," Wishna said. Although Jackson’s personal life has been tumultuous, his musical career has been acclivitous. Born on August 29, 1958, Jackson began his career at the age of 7 as the lead singer of ‘The Jackson 5’ and released his first single ‘Got to Be There’ in 1971. He embarked on a full-fledged solo career in 1979 and officially parted with his siblings in 1984. In his solo career, he has recorded and co-produced “the best selling albums of all times”. In his four decade career, he has been lauded with copious prestigious awards and has bagged the Grammy 13 times. |
