Mumbai -- After opening with boost in the morning, the market continues with its positivity.
A leading global consulting and IT services company, Satyam Computer has rallied by 1.5% to Rs. 787 after the company launched 3 key modules for SMS Demag Pvt Ltd. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 789 and a low of Rs. 776 and has recorded volumes of over 1,00,000 shares on NSE.
At the same time, GMR Infrastructure, a business house with major interests in energy, transportation and businesses in manufacturing , has edged higher by 0.3% to Rs. 212 after GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. the subsidiary of the company has awarded two in-flight catering concessions to the prestigious and well-known groups LSG Sky Chef & Sky Gourmet. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 214 and a low of Rs. 211 and has recorded volumes of over 22,000 shares on BSE.
Opening of new branch boosted the stocks of private bank, IndusInd. The Bank has rallied by 1.8% to Rs. 43 after the company inaugurated its new branch at Durgapur, taking the total number of its outlets to 9 in West Bengal. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 43 and a low of Rs. 41 and has recorded volumes of over 1,00,000 shares on BSE.
However, Cellulose & Chemicals has plunged by 1.9% to Rs. 23.
