Indoco Remedies, SRF Ltd , Kamla Dials & IT stocks spurt
Mumbai -- Indoco Remedies Ltd. has surged by 5% to Rs. 260 after the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, has proposed a dividend of 62.5%. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 264 and a low of Rs. 248 and has recorded volumes of over 37 thousand shares on BSE.
Similarly, SRF Ltd. has gained by 8.5% to Rs. 223 on back of fresh buying. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 223 and a low of Rs. 204 and has recorded volumes of over 31 lakh shares on NSE.
Kamla Dials has locked 10% upper circuit at Rs. 47.85. There will be a meeting of Board of Directors on August 18, 2006 to consider a proposal to issue of rights shares. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 47 and a low of Rs. 45 and has recorded volumes of over 3 thousand shares on BSE.
IT stocks are trading with gains. Rolta has rallied by 12% to Rs. 202, the scrip is the biggest gainer among the IT stocks, Mphasis BFL has surged by 4.4% to Rs. 163, HCL Tech has gained by 4.1% to Rs. 586, Wipro is up by 1.7% to Rs. 514 and Infosys has added 0.3% to Rs. 1705.
