Oil & Gas, SBI stocks jump while HDFC slips

Mumbai -- SBI has grew up rapidly by 5% to Rs. 869, the scrip is the biggest gainer among the 50-scrips of NSE Nifty and has touched and intra-day high of Rs. 869 and low of Rs. 826 and has recorded volumes of over 19 lakh shares on NSE Nifty.

On contrary, HDFC Bank is the biggest loser among the 50-scrips of NSE Nifty. HDFC Bank has lagged behind by 1% to Rs. 805, the scrip is the biggest loser among the 50-scrips of NSE Nifty and has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 819 and low of Rs. 803.

In energy section, heavy buying pushes Oil & Gas stocks further.
Oil & Gas stocks are up on the back of buying in heavy weights. ONGC has gained by 1.2% to Rs. 1205, RIL is up by 1.2% to Rs. 989, HPCL jumped further by 2.1% to Rs. 220 and BPCL has surged by 1.5% to Rs. 307.
