After witnessing fresh buying, Sugar stocks are moving up. Balrampur Chini has gained by 3.7% to Rs. 93, Dhampur sugar has surged by 4.7% to Rs. 103, Sakhti Sugar has locked 5% upper circuit to Rs. 154.
Provogue India surged higher by 1% to Rs. 191, as M/s Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of the Company, which is in the business of mall management and development, is opening its primary shopping mall at Rajkot. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 192 and a low of Rs. 189 and has recorded volumes of over 3 thousand shares on NSE.
IOC has surged by 0.5% to Rs. 389, after India Oil, Calik intended to apply to build a Turkish Refinery. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 397 and a low of Rs/ 386 and has recorded volumes of over3 lakh shares on NSE.
However, GAIL has plunged by 1.7% to Rs. 239, the scrip is the major loser among the 50-scrips of NSE. The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs. 248 and a low of Rs. 239 and has recorded volumes of over 6 lakh shares on NSE.
