Vista Beta Available for Downloadby MT Bureau - June 8, 2006 - 0 comments
Finally the much awaited Operating Systems which Microsoft claims is next generation see some light and Microsoft has made it's Beta version available to users for testing. Vista will be available to users for download for free and they will be encouraged to send queries and comments in a bid of its launch date in Jan 2007. This programme marks an evolution for Microsoft since 2000 with many changes behind the scenes like for instance the way it handles audio and networking. Microsoft is making two versions available, beta 2 and release version 1, on a first come first served basis but has not yet indicated when it will cut off applications. This program comes with a health warning that this should not be downloaded on user's home computer as if things go wrong they may be irreversible. There also might be some software hardware compatibility issues which Microsoft has tried to address with this warning. |
