FIR against Rabri for model code violation

Patna--Bihar is a state where everything is possible, to win an election in Bihar, all political parties uses all kinds of methods, the fresh incident is one of them. Bihar's Vaishali district administration has registered an FIR against former CM Rabri Devi for alleged violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
