Chinese "financial diplomacy" paving the way to UNSC reign

China's aspiration to grab a greater representation in the United Nations for the African nations which by default is defying the move of the G4 nations like India and Japan(China's adversary nation) to enter UNSC is getting the realization with the launch of new financial phase by the nation.

The exemption from the already existing loans worth .5 billion to around 44 poor and rearward nations,the leaders worldwide can foresee the onset of new phase of financial proficiency by the country.

Meanwhile Wen Jiabo,Chinese head of state commenting on the financial declaration said "there will be no strings attached to the grants. We will not enter into alliances or join any blocs." He also averred about China's resistance towards nuclear propagation but at the same time subsided talks on Indo-US nuclear ties.

Defending the nation's increase in the military expense Wen said that such an escalation is meant for bolstering nation's self defense and should not be correlated as moves posing threat to world stability.

The nation is celebrating 2006 as Indo-China Friendship year and is aiming to develop economic and cultural bonds between the two nations.
