Hyundai hits the roads with second hand cars
Hyundai motors India limited (HMIL)will be landing up in the second hand car business by the end of the year.
The company is also opening its second plant in Tamil Nadu this year.The plant situated at Shriperumbur near Chennai will be capable of producing around 3 lakh units initially.
Realizing India as the future global hub of compact cars,the initiative is a step by the car makers towards the vision of gaining a 23 percent share in the second hand market, as said by Hyundai, senior general manager Yong Chin Ahan,"Country's auto industry is undergoing the phase of revolution".
Coming to the second hand car business venture the company revealed its working plans at a road show being organized at Goa.With the launch of a subsidiary-the collaborated effort of the Hyundai's dealers all around the country the company will facilitate the sale and upgradation of used car model as per the customer demand.
