Bills beat out nine other contestants to claim the grand prize -- $100,000 and a photo featured in an upcoming edition of People magazine.
During the 8-episode series, Bills and his fellow contestants thought they were competing to become "The Face of Las Vegas." However, they were actually competing to determine who demonstrated "true beauty" inside and out, the network noted in a news release Tuesday.
At the end of each episode, judges Vanessa Minnillo, Carson Kressley and Beth Stern eliminated one contestant whose behavior did not measure up.
The runners-up of the competition were Erika Othen, 25, a singer/songwriter from Long Island, N.Y., and Craig Franczyk, 29, a retail manager from Winnipeg, Ontario.
