The New York Daily News reported the normally buttoned down mayor was wearing hair extensions, a hair band, flowered shirt and tinted shades and hanging out with the cast of "Hair" at the annual charity event Saturday night.
Bloomberg stayed character, announcing he was fighting crime by driving down the "FratStat" numbers:
"I've already brought crime down at frat parties. Peeing in the bushes has dropped 15 percent."
The Daily News said Bloomberg's appearance didn't match the most stunning mayoral performance ever -- Rudy Giuliani, who wore a dress, blond wig and lipstick and sang in a high-pitched falsetto for his 1997 charity dinner with the cast of "Victor/Victoria."

Bloomberg Goes Hippie
Bloomberg the clown. What a scream. There was nothing funnier than when he bought himself a 3rd term. I suppose that's because we're still waiting for him to make good on his promises from 8 long years ago. Now we need someone great, a real leader, like Fiorello Laguardia, and instead we have this joker. No, I'm just kidding. It isn't very funny after all.
