NBA: Orlando 104, Atlanta 86

Orlando, Fla. -- Hot-shooting Dwight Howard scored 31 points and added 19 rebounds to power the Orlando Magic to a 104-86 drubbing of the visiting Atlanta Hawks Saturday.

Rashard Lewis added 17 points to the Magic attack and Ryan Anderson picked up 16 plus five rebounds off the bench.

Jamal Crawford and Joe Johnson led Atlanta with 19 points apiece. Johnson also racked up six rebounds and seven assists.

The Magic put together a strong second half to turn the game into a rout. A 17-2 run that began with 7 1/2 minutes left in the third quarter blew the game open. Howard had eight points in the surge and finished the game with a sharp 10-of-16 shooting mark from the field.

Orlando led 77-63 at the end of three and did not allow the Hawks to get closer than nine in the fourth quarter.
