The "Tweetup" will be held Feb. 17 during shuttle Endeavor's mission to the International Space Station, NASA announced Saturday.
Endeavor is scheduled to launch Feb. 7.
"We're excited to be hosting NASA's sixth Tweetup," said NASA astronaut Mike Massimino, who will be on the mission control team working at the center.
"It's an outstanding location to provide our Twitter community with an insider's view of human spaceflight. Hopefully a few of my Twitter followers can participate in this exciting event."
NASA says it will select 100 individuals at random from registrants who sign up on the Web.
Those selected will get a tour of the center, see mission control and astronauts' training facilities, and speak with flight directors, trainers, astronauts and managers, NASA said.
