Police said the Magnolia man arrived home just after 2 p.m. Tuesday and found his front door had been damaged, the inside of his home was trashed and several items were missing, SeattlePI.com reported Wednesday.
Investigators said the man went to a coffee shop while officers searched his home and the surrounding area. They said he spotted two men outside of the ship with a backpack and a camera resembling those taken in the burglary.
The man called police when the suspects boarded a bus and officers arrested the pair once the vehicle stopped.
