NBA: Philadelphia 116, Sacramento 106

Sacramento -- Lou Williams led a Philadelphia rally with 22 points Wednesday and the 76ers won their second straight game with a 116-106 victory over Sacramento.

It is only the second two-game winning streak of the season for Philadelphia, which defeated Portland on Monday. The 76ers also had back-to-back victories over Milwaukee and New York on the final two days of October.

Philadelphia has won just nine times all season.

Sacramento took an 11-point lead after one period, but Philadelphia dominated from there -- hitting 52 percent of its shots from the field and making 9-of-16 3-pointers.

Williams was good on 9-of-15 shots and received help in the form of 20 points from Allen Iverson, who was playing for the second time after missing four games with an arthritic knee.

Andre Iguodala added 19 points and nine assists for the 76ers. Omri Casspi and Donte Green each had 21 for the Kings.
