NBA: San Antonio 95, New York 88

New York -- Tony Parker scored 22 points and Manu Ginobili had nine of his 17 points in the fourth quarter Sunday, leading the San Antonio Spurs to a 95-88 win at New York.

The Spurs led 50-47 at the break and just 70-68 entering the final 12 minutes.

The lead grew to 93-86 on Parker's 3-point play with 1:06 left before Ginobili sank two free throws, securing the victory.

Parker scored 22 points and Tim Duncan had 13 for the Spurs, who have won five of six.

David Lee paced the Knicks with 28 points and Al Harrington and Danilo Gallinari contributed 19 apiece.
