Los Angeles -- Mo Williams and LeBron James combined for 54 points Friday, leading Cleveland Cavaliers to a 102-87 rout of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Cleveland led 23-19 after the first period, 51-42 at the half, and 76-59 after the third quarter.

Williams scored 28 with six rebounds and seven assists. James scored 26 with four rebounds and nine assists.

Jamario Moon scored 13 points, while six others reached double figures for the Cavaliers, who have won three in a row and seven of eight.

Kobe Bryant led Los Angeles with 35 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.

Ron Artest had 13 points and seven rebounds, and Pao Gasol had 11 points with six rebounds for the Lakers, who had won five in a row.
