Content from Last.fm and more than 90 CBS Radio music stations will be available through VEVO beginning next year.
The announcement was made Friday by Rio Caraeff, president and chief executive officer of VEVO, and David Goodman, president of the CBS Interactive Music Group.
Created in partnership by Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and Abu Dhabi Media Co., VEVO is to premiere in the United States and Canada Tuesday.
"VEVO's intent is to offer the music fan unparalleled access to a rich library of music programming featuring their favorite artists, whether it be music videos in the traditional sense or other new and original music content," Caraeff said in a statement. "The CBS Interactive Music Group's catalog of programming will invite VEVO users to watch their favorite artists on stage, at the interview mic and behind-the-scenes. We are pleased to partner with the CBS Interactive Music Group, whose exclusive content joins VEVO's growing music video library offering an even greater choice for fans."
