COL BKB: Duke 64, Arizona State 53

New York -- Kyle Singler touched off a second-half run Wednesday that pushed No. 7 Duke to a 64-53 victory over Arizona State.

The Blue Devils (5-0) advanced to Friday's title game of the NIT Season Tip-Off Tournament, where they will face No. 13 Connecticut.

Arizona battled its way into a 43-43 tie 7 minutes into the second half but Singler and Jon Scheyer hit back-to-back jumpers and Singler tacked on a 3-pointer for a 50-43 lead.

Scheyer paced the Blue Devils with 16 points and Singler had 13.

Arizona State (4-1) was led by Trent Lockett and Derek Glasser with 13 each.

Arizona State will meet LSU in the tournament's third-place game.
