Jon Leuer had 16 points and seven rebounds, and Trevon Hughes, the third Wisconsin player in double figures, scored 14 with six rebounds for the 4-1 Badgers.
Greivis Vasquez led Maryland with 18 points and four rebounds, but five personal turnovers.
Milbourne scored 15, Eric Hayes 13, and Sean Mosley 10 for the Terps (4-2), who have lost two straight after a 4-0 start.
