Lahaina, Hawaii -- Jason Bohannon had a game-high 20 points Wednesday and was one of 10 players who scored in Wisconsin's 78-69 win over No. 22 Maryland.

The contest was for third place at the Maui Invitational in Lahaina, Hawaii.

Wisconsin made its task easier by controlling tempo on the way to a 37-27 halftime advantage. Then when Maryland climbed within 51-48 with 10:17 to play on Landon Milbourne's jumper, Bohannon's two free throws gave the Badgers an insurmountable 69-55 lead with 4:37 remaining.

Jon Leuer had 16 points and seven rebounds, and Trevon Hughes, the third Wisconsin player in double figures, scored 14 with six rebounds for the 4-1 Badgers.

Milbourne scored 15, Eric Hayes 13, and Sean Mosley 10 for the Terps (4-2), who have lost two straight after a 4-0 start.
