NHL: St. Louis 4, New York Islanders 1

St. Louis -- The St. Louis Blues scored four unanswered goals Saturday and rallied to a 4-1 victory over the New York Islanders.

After Josh Bailey gave the Islanders an early 1-0 lead, the Blues answered with single goals in the first and second periods and two in the third.

David Perron scored the two insurance goals in the third period. Eric Brewer and Patrik Berglund also scored for the Blues.

Chris Mason faced 24 shots in goal for the Blues. New York's Dwayne Roloson stopped 22 of the 26 shots he faced.

After Bailey gave the Islanders a 1-0 lead at the 5:10 mark of the first period, Brewer tied the game with a slap shot at 8:02.

Berglund scored what proved to be the game-winner from between the two circles with 4:37 remaining in the second period.
