MLB: Baltimore 5, New York Mets 4

Baltimore, June 18: Aubrey Huff singled in Nolan Reimold from third with one out in the ninth inning Thursday, giving Baltimore a 4-3 comeback win over the New York Mets.

The Orioles trailed by a run heading into the ninth before rallying to down the Mets for the second straight night.

Francisco Rodriguez (1-2) was called on in the bottom of the ninth in hopes of recording his 18th save, but he retired only one batter.

Matt Wieters opened the inning with a double and, with Felix Pie running for Wieters, Reimold drew a walk. Brian Roberts put down a bunt and reached first safely when catcher Omir Santos threw late to third trying to get the lead runner.

Adam Jones then walked on a 3-2 pitch, forcing in Pie with the tying run. Nick Markakis struck out but Huff hit the first pitch he saw into right to drive home the game-winning run.

Matt Albers (1-2) got the win by working the top of the ninth. All the New York runs came off starter Jason Berken.

In settling for a no-decision, the Mets' Livan Hernandez remained unbeaten since April 23.
