Bryant, who was named MVP of the series, was 10-of-23 shooting and hit all eight free throws in 41 minutes as the Lakers outscored the Magic 30-18 in the second quarter and set a course to their 15th NBA title and first since 2002.
Lakers' Coach Phil Jackson won his 10th NBA coaching title, surpassing Boston Celtics great Red Auerbach on the league's all-time list.
Lamar Odom added 17, Trevor Ariza scored 15 and Pao Gasol 14.
After trailing by as many as nine points in the first quarter, the Lakers got into a groove in the second with a run of 16 unanswered points and a 56-46 lead at halftime.
Los Angeles continued the pressure in the second half by not letting Orlando to put together a hot streak of its own while building up leads of as much as 18. The Magic scored just 15 points in the third quarter.
Rashard Lewis scored 18 for the Magic, whose five starters all scored in double figures.
