E! Online said a cameraman for the TLC cable network followed Kate and her eight children around their home Friday in Wernersville, Pa., but Jon remained noticeably absent during the day of the couple's wedding anniversary.
Jon has not been seen at the family's Wernersville home since Wednesday and no details regarding his whereabouts were reported.
No information was available regarding a potential anniversary celebration for the married couple.
The couple has been the focus of numerous media rumors in recent months ranging allegations of infidelity by Jon and possible marriage problems.
Since originally airing in April 2007, "Jon & Kate" has spent episodes focused on the couple's life as they raise a pair of fraternal twins and sextuplets.

Evidently you have not watched the video of Kate and her 8 preparing for an interview and poor little Mady is crying and begging for a drink of water. She said she was thirsty and had not had a drink all day, and that she was going to dehydrate and turn to dust. Kate asked for a bottle of water. She opened the bottle took a drink of the water in front of Mady and the other children, put the top back on and set it down out of Madys reach. Mady was crying and looked at Kate and said your really really mean. Kate replied be quiet. This is a good mother? She not only let her child go thirsty she deliberately drank the water in front of her child. You call this be a concerned mother? I call it neglect a form of child abuse. These children are crying for help and people like you keep denying them this help. Kate should not get all the blame for destroying the life of these children its selfish uncaring people that keep on supporting this show. For God's sake set these children free at least long enough for a drink of water? May God have more mercy on the supporters of this show than they have for the mental and physical welfare of these innocent victims of circumstances beyond and out of their control.

This couple needs to look back and realize that Kate was really pretty mean to Jon through the entire shows. There are many other reality shows on this network and others that deal with multiples that are really better entertainment. I just do not get what Kate has turned into. I do not blame Jon for wanting his life back. Kate had him on a short leash and was and still is a yeller and screamer at him and the kids. I have followed this show from the start but, not anymore. I am sorry that they have allowed this show to ruin their marriage and life. I am sure that they do not think so because they are clouded by money at this point, or at least she is.
