Delay in plea change in Sean Taylor case

Miami -- A defendant accused in the shooting death of Redskins defensive back Sean Taylor, will have to wait until June 19 to change his plea, the Miami Herald said.

Venjah Hunte, 21, entered a guilty plea to second-degree murder last May in exchange for a 29-year prison sentence, but wants another hearing to change it.

The newspaper said Hunte has said he never entered Taylor's Palmetto Bay (Fla.) home on Nov. 26, 2007, during a robbery.

Michael Hornung, Hunte's attorney, told a Miami-Dade Circuit Court judge Friday morning that Hunte should be allowed to get a new lawyer because of "a serious breakdown in attorney-client communications."

The other defendants -- Eric Rivera, 18; Jason Mitchell, 21; Charles Wardlow, 19; and Timmy Lee Brown, 17 -- all from the Fort Myers area, are jailed in Miami-Dade County.

They all have entered not guilty pleas and are being held without bail.

Come on....Really? That's

Come on....Really? That's not confusing, that's ignorant.... This guy shouldn't be writing in news sources.

That's Jason Taylor

I know it's confusing that they are both named Taylor and played for the Skins, but that is Jason, not Sean in the photo.
