McCahill's attorney, whose identity was not reported, filed a motion Friday in a Richard J Daley Center courtroom to suppress evidence related to the Playboy playmate's Jan. 7 arrest on charges of driving under the influence, the Chicago Sun-Times said.
Chicago Police allege McCahill, who served as Miss May 2009 for the men's magazine, had a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit when she was stopped for running a red light in January.
The Sun-Times said after the attorney's filing Friday, McCahill's case was continued to July 10.
McCahill, who has appeared on the Playboy-related TV series "The Girls Next Door," would not comment on her case Friday.
