Playboy model in court over alleged DUI

Chicago -- Evidence against Playboy model Crystal McCahill in her Chicago court case over an alleged drunken driving incident should be suppressed, her lawyer says.

McCahill's attorney, whose identity was not reported, filed a motion Friday in a Richard J Daley Center courtroom to suppress evidence related to the Playboy playmate's Jan. 7 arrest on charges of driving under the influence, the Chicago Sun-Times said.

Chicago Police allege McCahill, who served as Miss May 2009 for the men's magazine, had a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit when she was stopped for running a red light in January.

The Sun-Times said after the attorney's filing Friday, McCahill's case was continued to July 10.

McCahill, who has appeared on the Playboy-related TV series "The Girls Next Door," would not comment on her case Friday.
