LOS ANGELES, April 24 -- A former employee of the TV show " lost" filed a lawsuit in los angeles superior court friday accusing actor henry ian cusick of sexual harassment.">
TMZ said Chelsea Stone has alleged Cusick, who plays Desmond on the supernatural series, fondled her and made inappropriate noises toward her.
Stone said she was fired shortly after the alleged incident.
ABC and Grass Skirt Productions, as well as Cusick, are named as defendants in the lawsuit, for which Stone is seeking unspecified damages, TMZ said.
The entertainment news Web site said Cusick's representatives declined to comment on its story.
