Twilight star settles lawsuit

Irvine, Calif. -- Actor Taylor Lautner's lawsuit against a California recreational vehicle company has been settled for $40,000, his lawyer says.

The 18-year-old star of "Twilight" would donate the money to a children's charity, the magazine US Weekly said.

In the suit, Lautner alleged emotional stress, claiming Irvine-based McMahon's RV failed to deliver a customized $300,000 bus to the set where he was filming a new movie called "Abduction" when promised.

"McMahon's RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon's RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network," attorney Robert Barta said in the report.
