Milwaukee -- Ryan Braun clubbed a pair of two-run homers Sunday and the Milwaukee Brewers breezed to a 7-1 victory over Florida.
Lorenzo Cain and Prince Fielder contributed solo homers for the Brewers, who won for the fourth time in five games and took three of four against the Marlins at Miller Park.
Chris Capuano (4-4) collected the victory, allowing just one run on four hits over six innings. The Brewers lefty, however, had to leave the game in the sixth inning with a groin strain.
Florida starter Adalberto Mendez (1-2) was lit up for six runs on six hits in just two-plus innings.
The Marlins got their only RBI from Gaby Sanchez.

Milwaukee -- Alcides Escobar and Ryan Braun both had two RBI during a six-run seventh inning Friday that lifted the Milwaukee Brewers to a 7-2 win over Pittsburgh.
The Brewers halted a four-game losing streak and handed the Pirates their 49th road setback of the season.
Pittsburgh had a 2-1 lead going into the seventh, one of its runs coming in the fifth on Chris Snyder's 12th homer, but the Brewers sent 11 men to the plate to break open the contest.
Prince Fielder walked to open the inning against James McDonald (2-4) and moved to second on a one-out single by Chris Dickerson. Both runners scored on a triple by Escobar.
Escobar came in on a base hit by Jonathan Lucroy, who was singled to second by Joe Inglett.

Atlanta -- Ryan Braun's two-run homer highlighted a 16-hit Milwaukee attack Friday and helped send the Brewers to a 9-3 triumph over Atlanta.
The offensive surge allowed Randy Wolf (7-8) to pick up a victory over the Braves for the first time in seven years. He had made 12 starts against Atlanta in that span without a win.
Wolf gave up three runs on seven hits in six innings and left the game with a 6-3 cushion.
Braun hit his third homer in four games in the third inning to give Milwaukee a 4-0 lead and the Brewers broke things open with a three-run eighth that included a two-run double from Prince Fielder.
It was Milwaukee's fourth victory in five games.

Milwaukee -- Ryan Braun singled home Rickie Weeks with two out in the 10th inning Friday, giving the Milwaukee Brewers a 5-4 victory over Pittsburgh.
The Brewers scored a run in the eighth, ninth and 10th innings to overcome a 4-2 deficit and end a five-game losing streak.
Prince Fielder brought Milwaukee within one in the eighth with his 19th home run and the Brewers tied it in the ninth on a one-out triple by George Kottaras that brought home Carlos Gomez from third.
With Evan Meek (4-3) on the mound in the 10th, Jim Edmonds singled to open the inning and was erased on a fielder's choice grounder from Weeks.

St. Louis, Oct. 4 -- Ryan Braun's RBI double capped a two-run 10th inning Sunday and led the Milwaukee Brewers to a season-ending 9-7 win and a three-game sweep over St. Louis.
Jody Gerut's infield single drove in the winning run just before Braun's second hit of the game.
Prince Fielder hit two solo homers and finished with three hits and three RBI. Mat Gamel had two hits and one RBI, while Jason Kendall hit a two-run double for the Brewers, who will not play in the post-season.
The winner was closer Trevor Hoffman (3-2).
John Axford recorded his first save.

St. Louis -- Ryan Braun hit an early two-run homer Saturday, helping Milwaukee to a 5-4 win over St Louis.
Braun's 32nd homer, which came off starting and losing pitcher Kyle Lohse (6-10), gave Milwaukee a quick 2-0 lead with one out in the top of the first.
Three runs scored on three St. Louis errors.
Mike Cameron had three hits for the Brewers, who have won two straight following a four-game losing streak.
Winner Carlos Villanueva (4-10) surrendered four runs and five hits in five innings. Closer Trevor Hoffman earned his 37th save with a 1-2-3 ninth.
Brendan Ryan led St. Louis with three hits and one RBI. Ryan Ludwick hit a two-run
first-inning single, creating a 2-2 tie.

St. Louis, Oct. 3 -- Ryan Braun and Craig Counsell keyed a late-game offensive explosion Friday that brought Milwaukee a 12-6 win over St. Louis.
The Cardinals owned a 6-1 lead going into the seventh, but the Brewers scored sixth times in that inning and added five more in the eighth.
Braun had a two-run double that highlighted the seventh inning and Counsell singled in a run in both the seventh and eighth.
Four of the 11 runs in those two innings came in on wild pitches.
Milwaukee halted a four-game losing streak.
Starter Braden Looper (14-7) left after six innings and became the winner when the Brewers took the lead in the seventh. He gave up six runs on 10 hits.

Braun's third hit, his 30th home run, snapped a 5-5 tie with no outs in the bottom of the ninth.
Craig Counsell had three hits -- one a two-run sixth-inning single.
Felipe Lopez had two hits and one RBI, while Prince Fielder hit a sacrifice fly for the Brewers, who have won two of three in the four-game series.
The winner was closer Trevor Hoffman (2-2).
Philadelphia's Ryan Howard had three hits -- one a solo homer, his 43rd this season.
Paul Bako had two hits -- one a two-run second-inning homer.

Milwaukee, Sept. 23: Derrek Lee and Aramis Ramirez each had two RBI Tuesday in the Chicago Cubs' 7-2 win over Milwaukee.
Lee went 3-for-4, including a solo home run, for the Cubs, who scored all their runs in the first four innings en route to their third consecutive victory.
Ramirez collected his two RBI on a single in the Cubs' three-run first inning.
Randy Wells (11-9) got the win. He gave up one run on seven hits and struck out five in six innings.
Dave Bush (5-8) took the loss after struggling through 1 1/3 innings. Bush surrendered six runs -- five earned -- on four hits and four walks.

Milwaukee, Aug. 29: Prince Fielder highlighted a five-run first inning with a three-run homer Friday, and Milwaukee held on to defeat Pittsburgh 8-6.
The Brewers snapped a three-game losing streak, but needed a big early lead and a 12-hit attack to do it.
Milwaukee got solo homers from Jason Bourgeois in the second and Ryan Braun in the fourth while building an 8-4 advantage through five innings.
The home run for Bourgeois was his first in the major leagues and came in his 13th game.
Manny Parra (9-10), who had lost his two previous decisions after winning five out of six, claimed the victory despite giving up six runs on 10 hits over six innings.

Milwaukee, Aug. 26: Home runs by Joey Votto and Laynce Nix in the 13th inning Tuesday allowed the Cincinnati Reds to survive a blown five-run lead and defeat Milwaukee 8-6.
The Reds took a 6-1 lead into the ninth inning, but a fielding error by pitcher Jared Burton opened the door to a huge Milwaukee comeback.
Milwaukee scored the tying run in the ninth on a base hit by Casey McGehee and the Brewers still had the bases loaded with only one away.
Mike Cameron then lifted a fly ball to left field and Ryan Braun tried to tag up and score the winning run after the catch but left fielder Darnell McDonald threw Braun out at home to send the game into extra innings.

Pittsburgh, Aug. 19: Ronny Cedeno hit a two-run homer Wednesday, helping the Pittsburgh Pirates beat Milwaukee 3-1 and finish off a three-game sweep.
The homer, Cedeno's fourth of the season, gave Pittsburgh a 2-0 lead with two outs in the bottom of the second, and was his third since Pittsburgh acquired him from Seattle last month.
Delwyn Young had two hits and one RBI for the Pirates, who made the most of five hits.
Winner Paul Maholm (7-7) gave up a run and eight hits in 7 2/3 innings with two walks and five strikeouts.
Closer Matt Capps earned his 22nd save with a 1-2-3 ninth.
