Los Angeles, Sept. 16: Andre Ethier hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the 13th Tuesday to rally the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 5-4 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Ethier delivered his sixth walk-off hit of the year with the Dodgers trailing 4-3 after Pittsburgh had scored in the top of the inning on a single by Ryan Doumit to take the lead.
The homer was Ethier's 30th of the season and hung Phil Dumatrait (0-1) with the loss.
Ethier had sent the game into extra innings in the bottom of the ninth when he doubled and then came home on a two-out single by Matt Kemp.
Ronald Belisario (4-3) was credited with the win.
The outcome spoiled a solid start by Pittsburgh's Zach Duke, who held Los Angeles to four hits in 7 2/3 innings.
