Pasadena, Calif. -- A historic Frank Lloyd Wright-designed home in Pasadena, Calif., could be dismantled and rebuilt elsewhere, says the real estate agent listing the property.

La Miniatura, one of four textile-block homes designed by Wright, has been on the market for more than two years and reduced in price by more than $2 million, but no one in the United States has offered to purchase it, the Los Angeles Times said Monday.

Los Angeles-based listing agent Crosby Doe said he is talking to an international art dealer with Japanese clients who might be interested in buying it. Asking price: $4.99 million.

Police foil huge water balloon fight

Rexburg, Idaho -- Police in Idaho said they prevented a group of at least 100 students from participating in a water fight due to safety and protection of property concerns.

Rexburg police showed up at Smith Park, the planned site of the water balloon fight between students from Brigham Young University-Idaho, and turned away arriving participants, telling them they would be charged with misdemeanors if they refused to disperse, KIDK-TV, Idaho Falls, Idaho, reported Wednesday.

"We shut them down, because that is not what the parks are for ... If an individual is hurt from a water balloon, there could be criminal charges filed, and I'm sure there would have been if this would have taken place and somebody was injured," police Capt. Randy Lewis said.

'Field of Dreams' farm for sale

Dyersville, Iowa -- The owners of the Iowa farm where the baseball diamond for the 1989 film "Field of Dreams" is still maintained are asking $5.4 million for the property.

Don Lansing, 68, and his wife, Becky, said the Dyersville property, which an estimated 65,000 annual visitors are allowed to wander free of charge, still houses the film's titular field and they have been keeping the cinematic landmark maintained for two decades, the Boston Globe reported Tuesday.

Don Lansing said the high asking price, which has been the subject of criticism from locals, was not motivated by greed.
