Nude photo sent to girlfriend's mom

Brookfield, Wis. -- Wisconsin police said an 18-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct when a nude photo intended for his girlfriend instead wound up on her mom's cellphone.

Police said the 18-year-old Glendale man, whose name was not released, sent the nude picture of himself to his 17-year-old Brookfield girlfriend's cellphone, apparently unaware that she shares the phone with her mother, Brookfieldnow.com reported Wednesday.

The mother was the first to see the picture and reported it to police, who issued the man a citation for disorderly conduct.

Foster denies teen's assault allegations

Los Angeles -- Jodie Foster's publicist says the Hollywood actress is denying a teenager's allegation that she assaulted him after he approached and asked her for a photo.

Foster, 47, is known for her roles in "Taxi Driver," "The Silence of the Lambs" and "The Accused."

RadarOnline said a police report filed by a 17-year-old boy and his father in Los Angeles alleged the Oscar-winning star pushed, shoved, scratched and bruised the teen when he asked to snap a picture of her May 29 at The Grove mall.

Foster's publicist painted quite a different scenario Friday.

"This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo," the actress's representative told People.com.

Globe runs Coleman deathbed photo on cover

Los Angeles -- A photo of actor Gary Coleman apparently taken as he lay dying in a Utah hospital was published on the cover of Globe Magazine Wednesday.

The former "Diff'rent Strokes" star died late last month after suffering a brain hemorrhage. He was 42.

CNN said Globe's parent company American Media confirmed it bought the photo, but spokeswoman Samantha Trenk declined to say who sold the photo to the publication and how much was paid for it.

Dion Mial, Coleman's longtime friend and former manager, told CNN the actor's ex-wife, Shannon Price -- who appears with Coleman in the heartbreaking photo -- sold the image to Globe in an "ongoing desperate attempt" to profit from his death.
