Los Angeles -- U.S. pop singer Mariah Carey is pregnant with her first child, a source confirmed to E! News.

Carey, 40, has been married to television personality Nick Cannon, 30, since 2008.

A source close to the couple told E! News Carey underwent in vitro fertilization at the Southern California Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills, Calif., clinic.
Carey's publicist declined to comment on the report.

E! News did not say when the star is due to give birth or what the gender of the baby is.

Los Angeles -- Singers Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey celebrated their second anniversary with Ring Pops, including one from a Beverly Hills, Calif., jeweler, the couple said.

The entertainers, who were married in 2008 at Carey's estate in the Bahamas, celebrated their wedding anniversary with a private party in Los Angeles Friday, People.com reported. Noting Carey's affection for classic candy Ring Pops, Cannon had Jason of Beverly Hills hand craft a Ring Pops replica made of white gold, encrusted with white diamonds and pink sapphires, the magazine said.

"It also comes in a box complete with a spinner so that you can see it sparkle under the lights inside," Jason Arasheben, the chief executive officer of Jason of Beverly Hills, told People.

New York -- CBS Radio's 92.3 NOW in New York has announced Nick Cannon will be the station's morning drive host, starting next month.

The actor, comedian, musician, producer and television personality will preside over the radio program weekdays from 6-10 a.m., ET. His first day on the air is to be Jan. 19.

His four-hour program will feature a mix of music, celebrity interviews and pop culture and lifestyle discussions, CBS said in a news release Tuesday.

MARIAH CAREY's husband NICK CANNON has hinted the singer's war of words with ex-boyfriend EMINEM is one big publicity stunt for the pair.

Eminem struck the first blow against the Honey hitmaker by discussing their brief fling in his recent track Bagpipes from Baghdad.

The lyrics included the line, "Nick Cannon you pr**k, I wish you luck with the f**in' w**re."

Carey retaliated by mimicking Eminem in the video for her latest track Obsessed, and dubbing him "delusional" in the lyrics.

This prompted Eminem to strike back again in a new song called The Warning, in which he threatens to release voicemail messages he alleges she left for him during their relationship.
