Richie, 29, and Madden, 31, tied the knot Saturday at her father's estate with about 130 close family and friends, People magazine reported.

"They wanted an Old Hollywood, glamorous feel to their wedding," a source told People. "They're going all-out with the decor. Nicole wanted a memorable, elegant affair for only their closest friends and family on their special day."

Seen entering the grounds was a trained elephant, although it wasn't known what, if any, role it played in the ceremony.

'Elvis' gives life-saving CPR

Las Vegas -- A doctor dressed as Elvis at the Las Vegas Marathon took a break from his day of getting married and running to administer CPR to a woman at a restaurant.

Claudio Palma, 36, a San Francisco doctor who dressed as Elvis for Sunday's event, said he married his fiancee at the second mile of the marathon and stopped at the Burger Bar for a celebratory lunch, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday.

Palma said he was inside the eatery when a fellow marathon runner, a woman whose name Palma did not know, collapsed at the back of the restaurant.

The doctor said the woman was unconscious, had no pulse and was bleeding from the mouth and head. He said he got a quick medical history from the woman's husband and began to administer CPR.

Bonaduce weds for third time

Maui, Hawaii -- U.S. radio personality Danny Bonaduce has married his third wife, Amy Railsback, in Hawaii, the couple confirmed on his Web site.

Bonaduce is best known for his work on the classic TV sitcom "The Partridge Family." He now has a morning program on WYSP-FM.

The message on Bonaduce's Web site said he and Railsback exchanged vows at a Nov. 22 private ceremony officiated by the Rev. Roland Nono at the Four Seasons in Maui.

Australian man marries dog

Toowoomba, Australia -- An Australian man who married his 5-year-old Labrador in a city park said his relationship with the canine is "pure love" and "not sexual."

Joseph Guiso of Toowoomba wed Honey the Labrador in a ceremony Monday while surrounded by 30 close friends and family in Laurel Bank Park, The (Toowoomba) Chronicle reported Tuesday.

"You're my best friend and you make every part of my day better," Guiso said in his vows.

"It's not sexual," he said after the ceremony. "It's just pure love."

Guiso described himself as a "religious guy" who could not handle the guilt of living with his love out of wedlock.

TV Land greenlights two scripted pilots

New York -- The U.S. cable network TV Land says it has given cast-contingent greenlights to two pilots -- "Happily Divorced" and "Rip City."

The relationship sitcom "Divorced" was penned by formerly married scribes Fran Drescher and Peter Marc Jacobsen.

The office comedy "Rip City" was written by Terri Minsky, and executive produced by Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis.

These orders join the previously announced "Ex Men" on the network's list of pilots and represent TV Land's push to continue to expand its role in the original sitcom landscape.
