Boston -- The condition of a man involved in a car crash with New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has worsened, the man's attorney said Monday.
Samuel Reef, a lawyer for the family of 49-year-old Rogerio Rodrigues, told The Boston Globe Rodrigues' medical status has deteriorated. "Things have taken a turn for the worse over the weekend," Reef said. "We want to see how he progresses at this point."
Police said Rodrigues was lying in the back of a van driven by his son, 21-year-old Ludgero Rodrigues, when it collided with Brady's 2009 Audi S8 Thursday.
The younger Rodrigues was issued a ticket for running a red light in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, but maintains he had a green light when the accident happened.
