Washington -- A U.S. consumer advocate says celebrity siblings Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian "made the right call" by ending their endorsement of a prepaid credit card.
Consumers Union, the non-profit publisher of Consumer Reports, criticized the Kardashians last week for cashing in on their celebrity status by promoting the Kardashian Kard. CU said the card was loaded
with hidden fees and weak consumer protections.

Los Angeles -- U.S. reality television star Kourtney Kardashian will make her acting debut on the daytime soap opera "One Life to Live," ABC said Thursday.
The guest spot will first be featured in a March episode of E! Entertainment Television's series, "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," debuting this January.
Kardashian will appear on "One Life to Live" in scenes with Cristian Vega, played by David Fumero, and Blair Cramer, played by Kassie DePaiva.
"I grew up watching 'One Life to Live,'" Kardashian said in a statement. "I hear I get into some trouble, and I am looking forward to it. This may be my acting debut but the Kardashians know a thing or two about drama."

Los Angeles -- U.S. reality television personality Kourtney Kardashian has given birth to a son she named Mason Dash Disick, sources told E! News Monday.
The child is the first for Kardashian and Scott Disick, her boyfriend of two years.
"We're home every night looking at baby books and baby magazines," Disick told Usmagazine.com before the baby's birth. "I just want to stay home with (Kourtney,) enjoy her company, look at her stomach and be with her."
Kardashian is known for her TV programs "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and "Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami."

Hidden Hills, Calif. -- Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian has been thrown a baby shower by her family members in Hidden Hills, Calif., a source told People magazine.
People.com said, according to the unidentified source, nearly 80 guests attended Saturday's baby shower at the Kardashian family home to offer congratulations to the "Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami" star.
"It was a huge success," the source said.
Among those in attendance was Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, and her sisters Khloe, Kim, Kylie and Kendall.
Kim Kardashian remarked about her 30-year-old pregnant sister's appearance while planning the baby shower with event planner Sharon Sacks, People magazine said.

Calabasas, Oct. 18 -- U.S. reality TV personality Kourtney Kardashian's home in Calabasas, Calif., has been burglarized, authorities say.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Kristy Criner said approximately $108,000 in jewelry was taken from the "Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami" star's home during Saturday night's robbery, People.com reported Sunday.
"That's what was discovered missing in the initial investigation," Criner told People. "Sheriff's investigators and our crime lab are responding on the scene."
The robbery comes as Kardashian, 30, is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Scott Disick.
TMZ.com said Kardashian discovered the break-in after returning from dinner with Disick.

Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend Scott Disick didn't want to be left out in the lead up to the birth of their first child - and threw himself a 'man shower' to get baby gifts from his pals.
The 30-year-old socialite revealed her shock news last month (Aug09) and reunited with her 26-year-old former partner after learning she was carrying his child.
And as Kardashian's girlfriends arranged her baby-shower, Disick got involved with the pre-birth celebrations by partying in Miami with fellow celebrity father Kevin Federline - the dad of Britney Spears two sons.
She tells People.com, "We were joking that it was Scott's man shower, like his version of a baby shower.

Hollywood -- American reality television star Kourtney Kardashian revealed Thursday she is pregnant and the father of her first child is her on-again, off-again boyfriend.
Kardashian, 30, broke the news on the NBC "Today" show while she and other family members were promoting their latest reality series, "Kourtney and
Khloe Take Miami," Todayshow.com reported.
Kardashian named Scott Disick as the father of the baby due in December.
Viewers of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" followed Kardashian's troubled relation with the New York playboy during the show's two seasons.
"It's Scott. My ex-boyfriend. Who is now my boyfriend," she said.
The couple split in January but have seen each other on occasion, Todayshow.com said.
